Operations Manager

Our client in the Fast Food industry is looking for an Operations Manager who will be based in Namibia.

They are open to individuals who need to relocate and industry knowledge is essential

Minimum Requirements

· Grade 12

· Relevant Degree (Sales, Marketing, Management)

· Valid Drivers Licence

· Fully computer literate

· Fluent in English

· Able to interpret financial statements and budgets

· Must have managed a minimum of 3 outlets

· Minimum 5 Years relevant industry experience

Duties/Responsibilities:
Marketing and business development

· Provide leadership in executing business development strategies i.e plan, develop and
direct marketing efforts for all brands in the Namibian market

· Handle all queries from customers and suppliers for all counters effectively

Operations

· Update the staff in conjunction with HR appointed supplier on policy changes that
directly or indirectly impact on the complexes activities

· Ensure in conjunction with the appointed HR company all contractual matters are
complied with at all times

· Manage external suppliers and SOH effectively to ensure no stock outs

· Ensure all wasted stock items are signed against and physically declared to in all

· Complexes. Waste control levels should not exceed set standards

· Develop and manage proper asset management records e.g fixed asset register. These
records must be well documented, easily retrievable and up to date

· Ensure all maintenance assets are easily identifiable and ensure staff have the right tool
kit to meet their job requirements

· Ensure all Complexes in Namibia operates at the Brand Standard at all times –
no exceptions

Reporting and records’ management

· Analyse the POS & count sheets weekly and check for stock discrepancies

· Produce accurate GP’S weekly for all counters
COMPLIANCE (Product quality, hygiene, safety, sanitation, and legislative compliance)

· Ensure product quality that meets the brand set standards

· Ensure hygiene, safety and sanitation standards and practices are upheld at all times

· Ensure the entire market in which Brand operates is totally compliant to all legislative
requirements

· Ensure all staff are up to date with all the safety and sanitation practices

· Maintenance and repair schedules for equipment and other assets should be up to date
