Lodge Manager – Acamms Lodge

• Full grade 12 certificate A minimum of a Diploma in Hotel management
• A degree will be an added advantage in any business-related field.
• Must be computer literate

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 years at managerial level in a rep¬utable organisation in the Hospitality industry is a MUST.
• Should be very familiar with the labour laws and the laws relating to the Hospitality industry.
• Must be very familiar with the marketing system in this industry.
• Must be very competent in organising the confer¬ences /workshops and other related events.
• Must have excellent su¬pervisory skills
• Must be very familiar with housekeeping rules and regulations

ATTRIBUTES

• Ability to work with mini¬mum supervision
• Must be a game-changer.
• Must be a trainer of staff.
• Ability to work for long hours when required.
