The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Maintain the sales and purchases daybooks daily
- Maintain Cash Book daily
- Maintain the fuel account daily
- Maintain a daily record of labour force on all sites
- Prepare and administer the monthly payroll
- Maintain a record of employee leave days
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
- Prepare quarterly Income statements
- Maintain and update a record of receivable and payable on a daily basis
- Maintain and update all accounts in Sage Accounting System and file all corresponding primary documentation
- Prepare and File Tax Returns
- Prepare monthly supporting documentation for material balance sheet items
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- ACCA or degree in Financial Accounting
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
