FIXED SALES CONSULTING OFFICERS

Responsibility:
Reporting to the Fixed Sales Coordinators, the FSC will be primarily responsible for increasing sale of Zamtel products and services.
Other Responsibilities will include;
  • Ensure availability, accessibility and availability of key Zamtel Fixed products
  • Recruit customers’/increase gross additions on mobile and LTE
  • Ensure efficient use of eKYC devices
  • Increase site utilization/Network usage
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma in Sales/Marketing/IT or any Business related filed.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales and marketing experience in fast moving consumer goods/Telecoms industry.
MOBILE SALES & DISTRIBUTION OFFICERS

Responsibility:
Reporting to the Mobile Sales Coordinators, the MSDO will be primarily responsible for maximizing sale of Zamtel products and services in newly commissioned sites.
Other responsibilities include;
  • Recruit customers’/increase gross additions on mobile
  • Increase site utilization/Network usage
  • Ensure availability, accessibility and availability of key Zamtel products
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma in Sales/Marketing/IT or any Business related filed.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales and marketing experience in fast moving consumer goods/Telecoms industry.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of Diploma in Sales / Marketing/ IT or any Business related field. Degree an added advantage. Minimum of 2 years’ sales and marketing experience in a fast moving consumer goods/Telecoms industry.
MOBILE SALES COORDINATORS
Responsibility:
Reporting to the Project Manager – Mobile Sales, the Mobile Sales Coordinators will be responsible for increasing sales of Zamtel mobile products and services.
Other responsibilities shall include;
  • To Manage Distributors in the project area, ensuring distributors with the required capacity including new appointments,
  • Provide training on any new products and services and resolution of conflict amongst distributors through distributor meeting
  • Effective dealer recruitment & management of route plans in all newly installed site areas.
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of Diploma in Sales / Marketing/ IT or any Business related field. Degree an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ sales and marketing experience in a fast moving consumer goods/Telecoms industry.
PROJECT MANAGER – FIXED SALES

Responsibility:
Reporting to the PD, the Project Manager – Fixed Sales shall oversea day to day management of Fixed Sales under newly installed LTE e sites to ensure targets are achieved within the specified time period.
Other responsibilities shall include;
  • Day-to-day supervision of Fixed sales teams and contracted delivery teams.
  • Ensure optimal visibility and supply of Fixed products and services in the project area.
  • Ensuring tactical plans are executed and are producing outputs that meet the commercial targets (Sales & revenue targets, subscriber Nos, deployment timelines, program budgets etc.)
  • Reporting the progress of the program sales and customer acquisition to the Program Director and the Chiefs Responsible for Sales
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of Degree in Marketing/Sales/ Engineering/ Business Administration or related area.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Fixed sales and experience in fast moving consumer goods industry/Telecom required. Membership with ZIM an added advantage
PROJECT MANAGER – MOBILE SALES

Responsibility:
Reporting to the PD, the Project Manager – Mobile Sales shall oversee the sales operations of the newly installed sites and meet business
Key Performance Indicators in primary and secondary channels of distribution for Rolled Out Sites.
Other responsibilities shall include;
  • Apply business acumen to the technical project team
  • Day-to-day supervising of Mobile sales teams and contracted delivery teams.
  • Manage distributors in the project area ensuring tactical plans are executed and are producing outputs that meet the commercial targets (Sales & revenue targets, subscriber Nos, deployment timelines, program budgets etc.)
  • managing third party agent’s contributions to the program
  • reporting the progress of the program sales and customer acquisition to the Program Director and the Chiefs Responsible for Sales
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of Degree in Marketing/Sales/Engineering or related filed. Minimum 8 years’ experience in Mobile sales and experience in fast moving consumer goods /Telecom industry required. Membership with ZIM or relevant professional body needed.
PROGRAMME MANAGER FIXED & MOBILE SALES

Responsibility:
Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager – Fixed & Mobile Sales shall coordinate day to day management of the Project to ensure that the Project produces the required products within the specified time.
Other responsibilities shall include;
  • Apply business acumen to the technical project team
  • Preparing and submitting written reports on project progress to be shared and discussed with the Project Board, in line with the key milestone
  • Managing communications with all stakeholders
  • Reporting the progress of the program sales and customer acquisition to the Program Director and the Chiefs Responsible for Sales
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Project Management/Engineering/ Marketing or related filed. Minimum 8 years’ experience in managing project activities and teams. Experience in Telecoms Industry and Sales an added advantage. Membership with relevant professional bodies required.
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Responsibility:
Reporting to the Project Subcommittee the Project Director (PD) shall coordinate the realization of benefits from projects and management of their inter-dependencies.
Other responsibilities shall include;
  • Driving realization of Business Case/Business Plan objectives (Sales & revenue targets, subscriber no. targets, deployment timelines, program budgets).
  • Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program Managing the program’s budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the program progresses
  • Initiating extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise
  • Reporting the progress of the program at regular intervals to corporate main board and its subcommittee
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Project Management/ Engineering/Marketing or related filed.
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in managing project budgets, quality and teams. Proven experience in successfully managing projects and membership with relevant professional bodies required.
  • Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry/ Telecom an added advantage.

Telecash Cum receiptionist.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Attending to all walk-in clients
  2. Raising of invoices and sales orders
  3. Handling of Cash and handover to accounts daily
  4. Prepare daily reports as required
  5. Perform daily Telecash and record such calls
  6. Keeping the reception area clean and well presentable

  1. Ensure that there is enough Water treatment Chemicals.
  2. Maintaining standards of Health and Safety, Hygiene and Security in the work environment.
  3. Producing regular Reports and Statistics on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
  4. Supervise the Water treatment at KCM Nchanga Smelter, Compressors and Chililabombwe Compressors.
  5. Ensure correct quantities of chemicals are dosed as prescribed.
  6. Ensure corrosion rate is monitored and maintained below set limits.
  7. Ensure 3 months chemical stock at site is available.
  8. Analyze data generated by Lab Analysts and circulate the reports to defined recipients
  9. Ensure correct residual chemicals are maintained in all cooling systems.
  10. Ensure invoices are raised and make collection follow ups.
  11. Generate performance reports to the Business Development Manager.
  12. Site Staff Supervision
  13. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
