SUPERVISOR: RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING AGENT REGIONAL

Our client an airline is looking for an experienced Reservations and Ticketing Agent Regional to manage and supervise the work and related activities of reservations and ticketing agents ,with the aim of maximizing revenue and maintaining a high level of customer services delivery and to convert sales enquiries, quotes and telephone calls into bookings and sell products and service

Reporting To: Country Manager
Supervision Of: Reservation and Ticketing Agents
Interacts With: Internal and External Clients

Job Description

Manage activities related to executive of reservations/ticketing functions
Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning, analysis of client needs and offering required solutions and services
Financial management-convert customer enquiries and information request into sales, and to reach or exceed set business unit targets
Team leadership skills to lead from a base of expertise
Entertain customers as a way of creating and improving on relationships and attracting emerging business

Candidate Specification

Experience: 5 years
Education Level: Degree
Qualifications: National Diploma or Degree in relevant field
Software: Gabriel and or BSP
Equipment: Computer, Printer and other Office equipment

Knowledge Of

Skills To: Manage and supervise work and related activities
Ability To: Work under pressure and to short lead times and working on own initiatives
Personality: Focused, honest, hard working and friendly
Other: Sound customer services orientation
