Role: Personal Assistant to the Director and will also double as Admin Assistant for the company

Role Responsibilities

  • answering calls and liaising with clients competently,
  • preparing correspondence on behalf of the Director,
  • delegating work in the Directors absence,
  • diary management,
  • planning and organising meetings,
  • making travel arrangements
  • attending meetings on behalf of the Director,
  • taking action points and writing minutes,
  • preparing papers for meetings,
  • taking dictation,
  • planning and organising events
  • conducting research,
  • preparing presentations,
  • managing and reviewing filing and office systems,
  • typing documents,
  • sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment,

Job Title: Sales Consultant – Outdoor

Job Purpose:

To provide specialised product knowledge to customers and to market the company through offering an effective, consistent service that translates into sales. Assist the HOD to maintain standards in the department, and improve staff product knowledge through sharing of experience by:

  • Excellent customer service and after sales service
  • Drive promotion and sale of stock
  • Monitor stock levels, order stock
  • Remove damaged stock
  • Assist with annual stock takes
  • Understanding of procedures for goods collection, delivery, dispatch, ordering and returns
  • Liaison with suppliers, merchandisers and buyers
  • General understanding of competitors

Requirements:

  • Must be a Zambian citizen
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in retail hardware environment
  • Grade 12 certificate essential
  • Excellent product knowledge
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills

Job brief : Field Sales Representative

We are looking for a highly driven field sales representative to build on our current sales and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products.

Responsibilities

  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customer’s needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
