MERCHANT SALES REGIONAL SPECIALIST (X3)
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for setting up and accelerating growth of an active Merchant banking network in the assigned region. Accountable for all related financial and service Key Performance Indicators.
HEAD DIGITAL RISK & COMPLIANCE (X1)
JOB PURPOSE
This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining an effective control framework across the Digital Banking Division. Focusing on Operational Control, Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, Business Continuity and IT Disaster recovery, the Risk and Compliance Head will provide input into the Digital Banking Risk Forum and other key governance forums across the Bank.
HEAD MERCHANT SALES (X1)
JOB PURPOSE
To lead the Digital Banking Merchant sales unit to grow and maintain an active portfolio of Merchants fulfilling the Digital Banking ecosystem development.
REGIONAL CLIENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (X4)
JOB PURPOSE
To lead the execution of the Digital Banking client acquisition strategy. To grow and retain a portfolio of active Digital Banking customers and achieve the business target of number clients as well as associated financial performance indicators for assigned region.

JOB PURPOSE
To assist with and support new products and applications. Under the supervision of the IT Banking Applications Head, the following are among the Job Key Responsibilities:-
  • Development of the Internal IT portal for a global view of systems status
  • Reports development
  • Data analytics
  • Web service integrations
  • Database scripting
  • Ensuring the IT banking applications (EFT systems) are up and running and setting up application alerts to achieve 99.9999% availability
